Paper Willow was launched in 2013 by Jacqueline Thomas, and offers personalised wedding invitations and on the day wedding stationery with beautiful characteristically hand-drawn designs. Their aim is to offer designs that look very bespoke and individual, making use of elements like maps and photographs and colour choices without the usual very high costs of bespoke design. They offer a service that is flexible to different budgets and to help with this offer both a printing service and a digital download service.

Jacqueline is a highly experienced and trained graphic designer who has worked in the party industry for years and designed everything from products and packaging to branding and stationery. With a wide range of design templates for you to choose from, the designs can be altered to match your wedding colours and elements of the design can be altered to create something bespoke for you. There are many different invitation shapes on offer including flat, folded, pocket-fold and hand-tied, with additional items than can be purchased to match such as RSVP cards, save-the-date cards and luggage tags.

All of the invitations come with plain envelopes in either kraft, white or ivory depending on the design but can be upgraded by either adding coloured envelopes, matching patterned envelope liners or both. In addition the standard wedding invitations that are printed to either textured kraft, ivory or white card, luxury pearlised card is also available, which is perfect for designs which include a metalic tone such as gold or silver.
